There may be times when Cardholders have been added and Directory entries created, but the names don’t appear on the display. This may happen if the person entering the data forgets to enter a phone number in the appropriate field.

When entering data for a directory entry, you need to place the last name, or other identifier in the Last Name field (the database sorts on the last name), and the number the panel needs to dial, in the Home Phone field.

If no phone number is entered, the name, or other identifier, will not be displayed by the panel.

You may enter a custom directory code, or accept the number assigned by the software. The next number displayed is the lowest number available in the database.
