The article has been updated successfully but requires approval before it is published.Problem: When using the CONFIG WIZARD, to setup the AM-SEK module, it reports back that the “Client is not licensed for this server”.
Cause: The RESET button on the AM-SEK has been pressed.
Fix: Open Internet Explorer and enter the AM-SEK’s IP address (the address you entered in the software) and then press ENTER.
This will open a web page that will allow you to change the configuration settings of the AM-AEK. If you have not changed the user name and password use admin as the user name, leave the password blank, and press ENTER.
On the left side of the page click COM1, this will open the programming page.
The check mark for Enable VirtualCOM for Serial/IP will be missing. Click on the Enable check box and then go to the bottom of the page and click on the SAVE button.
To prevent program-related problems in the future, do not press the RESET button or make any other changes while in the programming mode.
