Product: AM-SEK Serial to Ethernet Module

 Problem: When using the CONFIG WIZARD, to setup the AM-SEK,  you get this error message: “Client is not licensed for this server”.

 Cause: The RESET button on the AM-SEK has been pressed.

 Fix:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. In the address field, enter the IP address that was set in
    the AM-SEK
3. Press ENTER.

This will open a web page that will allow you to change the configuration settings of the AM-AEK. If you have not changed the user name and password use admin as the user name and leave the password blank press the ENTER button.

In the menu on the left side of the page click COM1.

Check the box for Enable VirtualCOM for Serial/IP

Go to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.

To prevent this happening in the future DO NOT press the RESET button on the AM-SEK.

NOTE: Do not change any other settings while in the web page for the AM-SEK. Changing settings will cause improper operation and is not covered under warranty.
