Wall Mounted Transformers keep falling out.

Q: The wall mounted transformer for the PERS2400 and 3600 consoles is heavy, and sometimes falls out of the wall (especially in older homes.) What options can Linear suggest to address this?

A: The product includes a tab (required by UL) for screwing the transformer into standard wall sockets. UL actually suggests replacing decora style wall sockets to standard, to allow for proper installation.

Application note:
Many PERS providers instead recommend a short extension cord to address this issue.
