After you have created a reader on the access blade, go to Setup: Access Control: Regions.
Create a region and enter the parent region if applicable. Select the box labeled “This region for mustering only”.
Click Save.
Then go back to the Reader/Keypad menu and select the appropriate region from the drop-down menu in the “Reader is in region:” filed.
Click Save.
