AE-1000+, AE-2000+, AM-3+, Local Programming

The AE-1000+, AE-2000+, and AM-3+ can be programmed locally. This is usually done as part of the initial install. Local programming allows the installer to program entry codes, block transmitters and cards, and directory codes at the panel's keypad (AE-1000+ and AE-2000+), or by using an AM-KP attached to the AM-3+.

Cards and Transmitters are programmed in as block credentials, with a maximum of 24 blocks for each type of media.

NOTE: When programming block cards or transmitters, if you do not wish to utilize the Facility code, simply press the # key to skip that step.
