Why is my IR not working?

 

The IR function may not be working for several different reasons ranging from incompatibility between products, to IR interference from another IR source, to equipment failure.  It would be best to call us from the installation and to have model numbers for all products being used and specifications for any products that are not channel Plus or Open House products.  You can call us at 800-421-1587 - then follow the menu options to reach Channel Plus/Open House Technical Support.
