I can not update my HubManagerPro7 software

Use these steps if your customer needs an iUpdate and they do not have a connection to the internet on the PC that needs the iUpdate.

You will need to call in to Technical Support, at 800-421-1587, and request 2 update files if they are running HubManagerPro7.

1.  Copy these 2 files to the customers PC via CD or USB stick or whatever media they prefer.  These files are located in C:\Program Files\IEI\HubManagerPro7\Program and must be placed in the same folder on the PC to be updated.

- Update_Package.zip.

- Update_INI.INI.

2.  Make sure Hub Manager Pro, System Manager, and anything else related to Hub Manager Pro is closed, otherwise updates can't be applied to open items. .

3.  Run iUpdate_Unpacker.exe located in C:\Program Files\IEI\HubManagerPro7\Program . There is no GUI while the update package is being installed, and Hub manager Pro will be relaunched after the updates are applied.
