How do I find the date code on my product?

If the product is a keypad, then you will find the date code on one of the chips. There will be a white sticker with numbers including the keypad model and the date code.

All of the IEI boxes will have a small transparent sticker with 4 numbers, which is the date code.

LS2: The date code is located on the bottom lip of the keypad side

LS1: The date code is located on the bottom lip of the keypad side

Prox.Pad/ Plus/ IR:The date code is located on the mounting/back plate facing the wall

If there is no date code found on the IEI product we will request that you fax over a copy of the Purchase Order or invoice to 760-438-7199 with the associated ticket number on the fax.
