I have a Network initialization Failed error message

If you get the "Network initialization failed" error message when running Hub Manager Pro, it means that the current user logged into Windows does not have full read/write access to the folder that the BDE (Borland Database Engine) is set to use, which is very common since it points to C:\by default, and many new PC's don't give access to the root of the C:\ drive. Do the following:

1.  Select START button.

2.  Open Control Panel.

3.  Open BDE Administrator.

4.  Select the Configuration tab.

5.  Expand Configuration.

6.  Expand Drivers.

7.  Expand Native.

8.  Select PARADOX.

On the right hand side make sure the "NET DIR" setting is set to a folder that EVERY windows user has full read/write access to, which you will need the Administrator to determine. This is which is the recommended method, or as an alternative you can use C:\Program Files\IEIif you know that all users were given access to that folder by an administrator, which may or may not be true.

Choose Exit, and Save when prompted then relaunch the program.
