It's possible that the Button Schedule has been modified so the main gate's relay is set to "any." This setting allows any button on the remote to trigger the relay. To correct this, you will need to make changes in the programming:
AccessBase2000:
1. Connect to the network.
2. Click on the "Setup" button (it looks like a hammer &
screwdriver).
3. Click on "Global network settings."
4. Click on "Button Schedule."
The default button schedule is:
Relay A – Left.
Relay B – Right.
Relay C – Bottom Left.
Relay D – Bottom right.
5. Make any changes necessary.
6. Click "Apply."
7. Send the data to the network.
8. Check the button operation.
Axnet:

AM-3+ with an AM-RRR receiver:
There are two things that can cause this:
If the Remote Device Control Channel is set to Buttons, it's possible that the Button Schedule has been programmed so the main gate relay is set to "any." This setting allows any button on the remote to trigger the relay. To correct this, you will need to make changes in the programming as listed above under AccessBase2000, Steps 1 - 8.
The other possibility is that the Remote Device Control Channel is set to the desired relay. In this condition, the panel sees a legitimate code and triggers the assigned relay, no matter which button is pressed. If this is not the desired operation, you need to change the Remote Device Control Channel to "Buttons":
AccessBase2000:
1. Connect to the network.
2. Click on the "Setup" button (it looks like a hammer &
screwdriver).
3. Click on the desired Node icon.
4. Click Node Setup.
5. Click "Remote Device."
6. Click the drop down for the AM-RRR's Control Channel
and select "Buttons."
7. Click "Apply."
8. Send the data to the network.
9. Check the button operation.
Axnet:
1. Connect to the network.
2. Open the web browser.
3. Go to the Axnet link.
4. Click on "Controllers."
5. Click on the controller to program.
6. Click on "Remote Devices."
7. Click the drop down for the AM-RRR's Control Channel
and select "Buttons."
8. Click "Submit."
9. Check the button operation.
