How do I set my extended range transmitter and receiver to work together?

The System Code that is sent by the Extended Range Transmitter is set using the System

Code Switches. The System Code Switches are 2 sets of 8 switch dipswitch packs set side

by side on the transmitter board. These dipswitches can be set in any combination of on or off that is desired.

The System Code Switches in the Extended Range Receiver set the code that the receiver

responds too. The System Code Switches in the Extended Range Receiver must be set to the

same settings as the System Code Switches in the Extended Range Transmitter.

In the XT-4, XT-2H and the XT-4H transmitters there are 2 option dipswitches that set

the bank of channels sent by the transmitter. In the XT-1 and XT-1H transmitters there

are 2 option dipswitches to set the bank of channels and 2 option dipswitches that set

the channel sent by the transmitter. There are 4 banks of 4 channels that can be selected.

In the XR-1 receiver there are 2 option dipswitches to set the channel that the receiver

responds too. The receiver can only respond to channels 1, 2, 3 or 4 sent from the

transmitter.

The XR-4 receiver responds to only channels 1, 2, 3, and 4 sent from the transmitters.

The XR-16 receiver responds to all 16 channels that can be sent by the transmitters.

Note: The 2 bank option dipswitches in all transmitters must be set to off if

transmitting to a XR-1 or XR-4 receiver.
