Please follow these steps:
1.  Quit Hub Manager

2.  Open Windows Explorer

3.  Click on Folder at the top of the window

4.  Click on Plus (+) next to my computer

5.  Click on Plus (+) next to drive C:

6.  Click on Plus (+) next to program files

7.  Click on Plus (+) next to IEI

8.  Click on Plus (+) next to Hmp8 (example)

9.  Click on default database_8 and on the right side screen, highlight and copy all 6 files that begin with the word password

10.  On the left hand part of the screen click folder called database

11.  Go to the edit menu and choose paste

12.  When prompted to overwrite the file choose yes to all

13.  Go back to Desktop and open Hub Manager

14.  For Name enter HUBMAN

15.  For the Password enter HUBMAN

You now are able to access your Hub Manager
