Why am I losing my Internet connection?

You should check with your internet service provider to see if there is a problem with their service.   If you have added new components or changed something in your system, restore your system to the original configuration.   If your service returns to normal, there may be a compatibility issue between the new products and the Internet Service.   Check the specifications for your products that you wish to add to your system. If you still need assistance, you may Email us at video.audio@linearcorp.com. We will want to know the model or part number for all products you are using in your system, the type of wiring or cables being used, the length of the wiring or cables from the head-in location (entry location of the service to your home) to the using device (modem, computer, router, etc.).   We will be able to answer questions regarding LINEAR products and general questions on how to set up a system.   We will not able to answer questions regarding the performance or compatibility of another manufacturer's products.
