How do I "Setup Supervision" in my PERS Consoles?

If the two hour status timer is required for supervision, permanently enable the timer by pressing the transmitter button five times in succession within four seconds. When the DXS-62A is in the supervised mode, the LED signal indicator will blink rapidly during activation.

Program the transmitter into the consoles by placing the console into program mode. Then send a signal to the console from the transmitter, refer to the receivers programming instructions for details.

Transmitter low battery trouble, transmitter supervisory trouble. Note: The console will announce the supervisory conditions with the optional model "VB-4B" voice board installed. The voice can be disable though programming, when a transmitter sends a low battery the console's trouble indicator will blink slowly. If a transmitter programmed as supervised fails to report status in a 24 hour period, the consoles trouble indicator will light.

Console backup battery trouble, the console will test its backup battery every 8 hours, if the battery tests low, the power indicator will blink slowly while the console charges the battery.

Clearing trouble indications; press the clear button to stop trouble indicators and sounders the console will report trouble and/or 30 day status to the central stations if enabled in the communicator programming.
