1. Verify that the card is being read by the reader by opening the Card Decoder. Setup : Access Control : Utilities : Card Decoder.
2. Direct the technician to check the data wires from that one reader. If the data wires are reversed, incorrect Wiegand data is being received thus not allowing access.
