EVENT LOG REPORTS

The event log will capture the events within the network as they occur and retain them in non-volatile memory. Each node will store it's own events. The size of the event log is determined by what you selected in the node setup. NOTE: You must collect the event log to utilize this feature. You must be connected to the network to collect the event log. For this tutorial, we will do the following:

Collect the event log.

View an unfiltered report.

Filter the event log by cardholder to monitor Sam Van Foisie's activities.


1) To get to the event log screen, click on the Reports icon and then Event Log Report. The screen will look like this:

2) To collect the event log, click on the Collect all event log icon . AccessBase will poll each node and download the events that are stored in memory.

3) Click on the All Event Report button and you will see all of the events that have occured in the network.

4) Click on the Cardholders tab. You will see all of the cardholders in the network. Select the cardholder that you wish to view the activities of. The box will look like this:

5) Click the Generate Filtered Report button and you will all of Sam Van Foisie's activities.
